Explore My Plan offers a convenient solution for select Blue Cross and Blue Shield members to access their health plan details while on the move.

Users can register or log in to:

• Check their claims and benefits
• View or email their ID card
• Monitor their deductible and out-of-pocket expenses
• Locate a network doctor
• Securely communicate with Customer Service

Access your online account from the app using your myBlueCross username and password. Additionally, you can enable Touch or Face ID for expedited access.

The app is available for download at no cost from Blue Cross and Blue Shield, although fees from your wireless provider may apply.
